Keynote Speakers

Tom Bell is the Senior Director of Interface Products at ConcealFab Inc., a Valmont Company, where he leads a team to develop solutions to mitigate external passive intermodulation at cell sites.

Prior to joining ConcealFab, Tom spent 6 years working in the PIM test equipment industry as a product manager and 15 years in the base station antenna manufacturing industry in a variety of roles including sales, marketing, operations management, and engineering management.

Dennis McColl, Verizon Wireless

Dennis McColl is currently focused on RF Systems Engineering as a part of the HQ Maintenance Engineering team at Verizon Wireless. He has over 20 years of experience focused on system performance, RF Design, interference management for AMPS, CDMA, EVDO, and LTE Systems. Dennis is an expert on antenna system subject matter and passive intermodulation detection and resolution, interference finding and mitigation, and RF systems training. He also has experience with large venue DAS integration with an emphasis in LTE performance optimization.

Jim Hollister, AT&T

Jim Hollister has more than 40 years of experience in wireless telecommunications in roles ranging from field technician to acting director.  His expertise lies in noise mitigation and signal propagation.  Jim has been instrumental in pioneering new troubleshooting techniques to maximize the efficiency of the Radio Frequency (RF) environment, enabling wireless networks to operate at maximum capacity.

Matt Masters, T-Mobile

Matt Masters began his career in telecommunications in 1989 doing bench repair/installation on AMPS car phones and now enters his 28th year @ T-Mobile via Sprint.  Although donning many hats over the years, Matt’s current responsibilities at T-Mobile are on antenna development and PIM interference mitigation from a national vantage.  Matt also dabbled in broadcast RF engineering by launching 91.9FM, WITT in Indianapolis and volunteering as engineering Director for 10+ years. His interests include pinball repair, Halloween, music of the 1950’s, all things Maine,  his 2 children Jett & Sonnet and wife Andi.  Matt resides just outside of Indianapolis.
